Ross, Cangelosi & Associates is a dynamic, expanding law firm in Mount Pleasant focused on construction defect defense and general liability insurance defense. Candidates for the associate attorney position must have 1-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience including but not limited to construction defect defense and/or general liability defense, plus expert research, writing, and verbal communication skills. Experience taking and defending depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, preparing adjuster reports, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel, reviewing of complex discovery, and attendance of hearings is preferred.
