26 Sep Executive Secretary Wanted for the CCBA
The Charleston County Bar Association seeks a person of integrity to serve as its Executive Secretary to work in carrying out the Bar’s mission to promote ethics and legal education within Charleston County’s legal community and to assist the public through outreach programs and service projects. The position is part-time with an average of 15 hours per week. The Executive Secretary gives administrative support to the Executive Committee, working closely with the President, President-Elect, and Secretary-Treasurer. The duties include managing membership, telephone calls, electronic mail, regular mail, meetings, and errands. The Executive Secretary attends monthly Executive Committee meetings, seminars, and social events. The Executive Secretary also works with the Newsletter Editor and Public Relations Chairperson to engage the legal community. The salary will be negotiable based upon experience.
