Administrative Assistant Wanted

Pflug Law firm, located in the Shem Creek area of Mt. Pleasant, is seeking a full-time administrative assistant. The position’s hourly range of $14-$16.

Assisting paralegals with real estate pre-closing process by opening/closing files; drafting correspondence to clients; ordering title work from abstractors; scheduling closings; maintaining closing calendar; preparing conference room for closings.

Answering telephone; filing and maintaining filing system; greeting and communicating effectively with clients; maintaining office; occasional courier duties in absence of office courier; other related duties as required.

To be successful in the position you will need to be at your desk by 8:30am; be pro-active in completing your work by seeking guidance as needed; initiate solutions and ideas; have competency in office software programs such as Word, Excel, Dropbox. Enjoy being part of a team but able to work independently and prioritize tasks.

College degree required and prefer applicant with some real estate administrative experience but will train suitable candidate. Must be a team worker as well as enjoy interacting with the public. Valid driver’s license required.
