Job Description 
Do you have a passion for helping hurting people? If you do, you will fit well with the team at the Peck Law Firm.
With the Peck Law Firm, you will have direct interaction with attorneys and clients in person, as well as by phone and correspondence. You will give substantial responsibility for actively managing cases by: (a) docketing and calendaring case events, (b) preparing proposed pleadings, motions, orders, financial disclosures, and other documents related to your cases, (c) assisting with discovery and settlement negotiations, and (d) performing administrative duties, which will include filing, scanning, and assisting with intake.
This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week – 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday with an hour for lunch) at our Mount Pleasant office, which is located between the Ravenel Bridge and I-526.
This position offers a competitive starting salary and 22 days of paid time off each year.
Qualifications 
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
College degree from an accredited college or university
Two years of law firm experience
Familiar with 21st century legal technology tools
Have a service attitude that flows out of an understanding of how important each client and guest is to us and out of a deep sense of self-respect and business courtesy.

Salary
