A Charleston-based corporation is seeking in-house corporate counsel. Job duties include drafting of leases – both commercial and real estate, bankruptcy administration to secure companies’ claims, rendering legal advice on a wide range of legal matters, ensuring financial compliance over large lending operation, and working with outside counsel on multistate litigation. Candidate must have litigation experience including familiarity with discovery. Generally, the job is low stress with regular office hours. Seeking to fill the job immediately.
