26 Feb Municipal Court Judge
The City of Charleston is accepting applications for the position of Municipal Court Judge who will preside over terms of Municipal Court, criminal and traffic, jury and non-jury matters, as directed by the Chief Judge; two weeks per month and evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Position requires a Juris Doctorate degree and minimum of five (5) years’ experience with an emphasis on criminal prosecution or defense matters. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina, in good standing with the South Carolina Bar and with no pending disciplinary complaints. Compensation: $47,000.00 annually; eligible for City benefits.
